- Xandra Velzeboer (NED) won the Gold medal at the 500 m of the Olympic winter games in Milan. In the semi final she skated a World Record at this distance. The 2nd place was for Arianna Fontana (ITA) and the 3rd place for Courtney Sarault (CAN). All results can be found on the page LIVE and page COMPETITIONS of this website.
