This week: StarClass Heerenveen biggest in history
Award presenter Sjinkie Knegt, Overall winners, lotery winners and shorttrack blades sponsor Jacco Kromkamp

- The StarClass competition in Heerenveen (NED), held 21-23 February 2025 was the biggest StarClass competition in the history of the StarClass series. Over 200 skaters competed in this perfectly, by the Shorttrack Club Thialf, organized event.
Winners of the Overall classification were Orsi Pasztor (FTC-HUN), Otte Hilarides (SCT-NED), Natasa Molnar (FTC-HUN) and Jesse-Jan Rayen (YDS-BEL). The awards were presented by one of the best Shorttrack skaters of the world and member of the organizing club Sjinkie Knegt.
Besides the overall classification a lottery was held based on the helmet numbers of the skaters. Out of the hands of sponsor and manufacturer Jacco Kromkamp the following skaters received a pair of Kromkamp Shorttrack Blades: Maline Schmidt (EVD-GER), Ferre de Kimpe (BSC-BEL), Camilla Canclini (BOR-ITA) and Mauro Defrancq (BSC-BEL).
