Boutin and Park leading Super Prestige

- After four competitions of the ISU Worldcup series Kim Boutin (CAN) and Jiwon Park (KOR) are the leaders in the Shorttrackonline Super Prestige World ranking Classification.
Kim Boutin is a Canadian short track speed skater who won silver in the 1,000 m and bronze in the 500 m and 1,500 m events at the 2018 Winter Olympics at Pyeonchang, Korea. Jiwon Park (KOR) qualified for his first ISU competition at the 2015 World Junior Championships and after that for the Winter Universiade and many World Cup competitions.
This SOL Super Prestige World Ranking Classification is made to determine who is the best overall shorttrack skater over the whole season based on the World Cups and World Championships. A special point scoring system is developped for this based on the actual scoring of points during the Worldcups and World Championships. You can find the SOL Super Prestige World Ranking Classification on this website on the page RANKINGS. If you click on a name you will see a special page with all the points scored by that skater. The top-5 skaters of the Super Prestige Ranking are published on the frontpage of the website.
With this SOL Super Prestige World Ranking Classification we do hope to give an extra dimension to shorttrack speedskating and to give a helpfull tool for all federations in the world for promoting our sport.
