- The 17th Alta Valtellina Trophy closed today with a breathtaking senior relay men final which saw Hungary and Italy competing to the last centimeter, with Italy winning for a mere 14/1000 of a second. This year the 2nd Com.er Trophy for the largest team went to Hungary whose skaters demonstrated strength and determination in all categories with some true outsiders such as Viktor Knoch who easily won the Junior A category in front of Stéphane Perier (FRA) and Daniel Zetzsche (GER). The Ladies Junior As were dominated by Elise Christie (GBR) who preceded Andrea Keszler (HUN) and Martina Valcepina (ITA).
