Ventspils: Italy wins Relay-title for Men

20 January 2008   -   The Men of Italy are the new European Champions for the Relay. In the final they took, after a few laps, the leading posisiton and controled from that moment the race completely. They finished in a time of 6.57.853. Great Britain lost contact but came very well back in the second part of the race. They finished 2nd in a time of 6.58.408. The 3rd place was for France and the 4th place for Russia.
