Heerenveen: Worldrecord at ISU Samsung Worldcup

- On the last day of the ISU Samsung Worldcup in Heerenveen a new worldrecord was skated on the 1000 meter. In the A-final Hyun-Soo Ahn (KOR) beated the old record in a time of 1.24.385. The 1000 meter ladies was won by Sun-Yu Jin (KOR) and the 500 meter by Qiuhong Liu (CHN. The 500 meter for Men was won by Si-Bak Sung (KOR). The Relay final for ladies was won by China and the Mens final by Korea.
