Good news for statisticians

SOL-protocols4.jpg

15 July 2014   -   After hard work of many volunteers shorttrackonline.info can announce now that we have completed in the database of our website the results of all ISU Championships.

Starting with the 1st World Short Track Competition held in 1976 in Champaign (USA), in succession the 1st ISU Short Track Speed Skating Championship which was held in 1978 in Solihull (GBR) and the 1st official World Championships in 1981 in Meudon (FRA) and after these all other officials championships.

Also the range of Europe Cup and Championships is complete now. This started with the 1st Europe Cup in Leeuwarden (NED) in 1982 and after that the 1st official European Championships in 1997 in Malmö (SWE).

The results of many competitions are directly included in the database of the website and can therefore be seen in the statistics. Of the older competitions the official protocols have been scanned into the website as pdf-file, which also can be printed.

We now will continue in completing all the results of the Worldcups, Olympic Games and other international competitions.

We do hope that you will like looking into the history of Short Track.
